Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, Self-Care and Sleep Deprivation_My Personal Experience

I have some personal experience with Postpartum Anxiety, a diagnosis which is usually treated as Postpartum Depression. I discuss why I think there is a difference between the two and how umbrella treatments are not always the right course of action. I also touch on concerns around self-care and sleep deprivation for individuals who are taking a primary care-giving role for an infant. The information herein applies to anyone caring for an infant; the postpartum period is not limited to those who give birth.
